Added new graphs to display the top 25 address block holders with the most address space covered by RPKI ROAs.
Added the ability to interactively query for validation results / RPKI data analysis relevant to specified AS or set of ASes. This capability is available in the "Global Menu" under the section "Global Analysis". Choose "Query Specific ASes"
Added new graphs to display the top 25 Autonomous Systems (AS) in terms of
the number of RPKI valid prefixes and RPKI valid address space
(/24 equivalents) they announce in BGP.
The purpose of these graphs is to understand at the ISP level the rate of adoption and use of the RPKI.
The NIST RPKI Monitor is a test and measurement tool developed for the purpose of supporting research, development and standardization of technologies to improve the robustness and security of the Internet’s inter-domain routing infrastructure.
The monitor attempts to quantitatively characterize the state of deployment of the emerging Resource Public Key Infrastructure (RPKI) in terms of its completeness, correctness and robustness.
The monitor has been used by NIST internally for some time. For this release we developed a better web interface to the analyses and moved them to an externally accessible server.
